comparative cümleleri

Ýki þeyden birisinin üstün olmasýna göre yapýlan karþýlaþtýrmaya COMPARATIVE diyoruz. Bunu da karþýlaþtýrýlan isimlerin önüne "more" getirerek, sýfatlarda ise ya yine baþýna "more" getirerek ya da sonuna "-er" takýsý getirerek yapýyoruz.

Örneðin "beautiful" --> "more beautiful than",
"experienced" --> "more experienced than",
"great" --> "greater than",
"small" --> "smaller than" olur.

Burada önemli bir nokta, bazý sýfatlarýn deðiþiklik gösterdiðidir; "good", "better" olur;
"bad", "worse" haline gelir.

Ýsimlerde ise "money" --> "more money than",
"water" --> "more water than" durumuna gelirler.
