|  7 Seconds (7 Seconds Kimdir? - 7 Seconds Hakkında)7 Seconds Nevada, ABD'den bir straight edge punk / melodic hardcore grubu. Kevin Seconds ve Steve Youth tarafından 1980'de kuruldu. Birlikte ilk defa 2 Mart 1980'de çaldılar. Bu köklü grup hala yazmaya, kayıtlara ve turnelere devam ediyor. Grubun toplamda 4 demo albümü 5 EP'si 14 albümü bulunmaktadır.
