Rock Hudson, (d. 17 Kasım 1925 – ö. 2 Ekim 1985). ABD'li film ve televizyon oyuncusu. 1950 ve 1960'lı yılların romantik karakteri olarak tanındı. Yaklaşık 70 filmde ve pek çok televizyon dizisinde rol aldı. Hollywood yıldızları içinde AIDS'den ölen (59 yaşında) ilk oyunculardan biridir.
