Billie Paul Piper veya doğum adıyla Lianne Piper (doğum, 22 Eylül 1982, Swindon, Wiltshire), İngiliz şarkıcı ve oyuncu.



Billie, kariyerine 1990'ların sonlarında pop müzik şarkıcısı olarak başladı ve ilerleyen dönemlerde oyuncu olarak devam etti. En önemli rolü, bir televizyon dizisi olan Doctor Who'da Doctor'un arkadaşı Rose Tyler olmuştur.

2007 yılında Broadcast magazin dergisi ekran perfonmansında en etkili kadınlar "Hot 100" sıralamasında Piper'ı 6. sırada göstermiştir.

2007de Secret Diary of a Call Girl televizyon dizisindeki Belle de Jour ile yıldızı parladı.
