Ted Post (d. 31 Mart 1918 New York) ABD'li Tv ve film yönetmeni.
New York'un Brooklyn bölgesinde dünyaya geldi. Kariyerine 1938 yılında şov dünyasında, Loew Pitkin Tiyatrosu'nda başladı. Tamara Daykarhanova'dan eğitim aldıktan sonra aktör olmak için planlarından vazgeçti ve yaz tiyatrosunda yönetmenlik yapmaya karar verdi. Ted Post, 1950 yılında New York'un tanınmış Sahne Sanatları Yüksek Okulu'nda oyunculuk ve drama eğitimi verdi. Arkadaşı olan Sidney Lumet'i aynı şekilde eğitim vermesi için ikna etti. Tiyatro başarısından sonra, 1950'lerin başından itibaren televizyonda çalışma imkanı buldu. Bir çok tanınmış televizyon dizisini yönetti; Gunsmoke, Perry Mason, Wagon Train, Rawhide, The Twilight Zone, Columbo ve 178 bölüm Peyton Place.
