Peter Wilton Cushing (d. 26 Mayıs 1913 Kenley, Surrey, İngiltere - ö. 11 Ağustos 1994 Canterbury, Kent, İngiltere ) İngiliz aktör.
1939 - 1986 yılları arasında bir çok film, dizi ve özellikle Hammer Films şirketinin yapımcılığındaki bir çok yapımda rol almıştır. Bu rollerin arasında ismiyle en fazla özdeşleşenleri Baron Frankenstein ve Dr. Van Helsing rolleridir. Bir diğer Hammer yıldızı Christopher Lee ile ortak bir çok filmde yer almış, Vincent Price ile de ortak çalışmaları olmuştur. Hammer filmleri dışında 1977 yapımı Star Wars filmindeki Grand Moff Tarkin ve Doctor Who filmlerindeki Doktor rolleridir.
